1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SkyTweaks (“the Software”) or accessing our website at fn-tweaker.com (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software or Site.

2. License

SkyTweaks is available in two tiers: a free version and a paid Premium version. Upon purchasing a Premium license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license for personal use on up to two devices you own. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key.

3. Permitted Use

SkyTweaks is intended solely for personal performance optimization on Windows. You agree not to:

• Use the Software to modify game files in violation of Epic Games' Terms of Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Use the Software for commercial purposes without written permission
• Attempt to bypass or circumvent any license verification mechanism

4. System Modifications

SkyTweaks modifies Windows registry keys, system settings, and running processes. You acknowledge that:

• You use the Software at your own risk
• We recommend creating a backup before applying tweaks (the Software includes a backup feature)
• We are not responsible for any system instability, data loss, or game account issues
• Some tweaks require Administrator privileges; you are responsible for the actions performed

5. Payments & Refunds

Premium licenses are sold as one-time purchases. All sales are final. We may offer a refund at our discretion within 7 days of purchase if the Software does not function as described on a supported system (Windows 10 or 11, version 1903 or later). To request a refund, contact support with your order details.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account and revoke your license key if you violate these terms, particularly if your key is found to be shared or used in violation of the license grant. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific performance improvements, FPS gains, or compatibility with all hardware configurations. Results vary based on system specifications, existing software, and other factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software or Site, including but not limited to data loss, system damage, or loss of gaming accounts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users.
